St Clares Scholarship Application

Since 1965, St Clare’s College has provided girls with an outstanding education. The College is committed to providing a holistic education for young women. They cater to the diverse learning needs of their students. They encourage them to be active and visible participants in their education.

St Clares Scholarship Application (USA)

St. Clare’s scholarship is a scholarship program for eligible female students. To qualify, applicants must attend any accredited college or university in the United States of America (USA). There are also a few essential scholarship requirements for them to meet. Applicants must have completed at least four semesters (one academic year) of coursework at St. Clare’s Catholic High School.

St. Clare’s scholarships encourage students’ academic and spiritual development. The scholarship intends to improve the spiritual and academic leadership of students, as well as their church service. The scholarship is also intended to provide financial assistance to students who cannot afford the cost of education. Additionally, St. Clare’s scholarship is based on merit. If only the applicant is chosen as a finalist, financial needs will be considered.

Who Can Qualify?

The St. Clares scholarship program is open to anyone invested in a Catholic education. This applies regardless of socioeconomic status, ethnic background, or religious affiliation. The scholarship is available to all qualified UK and international students.

The applicant need not reside in St. Clare’s Parish in order to apply. To qualify for this scholarship, students must meet specific academic and spiritual requirements:

• Applicants must disclose and document their parents’ overall income and assets.
• All finalists are required to attend the Scholarship Day.

Scholarships for the IB Diploma are available to students who contribute both academically and other ways to the school’s dynamic learning community.

How to Apply for this Scholarship

To apply for scholarships and bursaries applicants must first complete an expression of interest form. Enter the required information and verify that it is all accurate. The scholarships are provided in two phases, which are as follows:

• The Anne Dreydel Foundation Scholarship

• Partial scholarship awards

The Anne Dreydel Foundation Scholarship was established in 1953 to honor the founder of St. Clare’s High School. Under this category, a limited number of scholarship awards are granted to students for the duration of the two-year IB Diploma.

Partial scholarship awards cover a portion of a scholar’s educational expenses for the duration of the two-year IB Diploma.

The application deadlines for Day Places were October 21, 2022, and Boarding Places on October 20, 2023.
